Sweet iron mouthpiece is ideal for any horse. It will rust into a light patina to promote salivation and relaxation. This western bit applies smooth pressure to the corners. The mouthpiece is slightly curved for comfort to eliminate the nutcracker effect and is easier for the horse to carry. This cheek is specially designed for lifting and controlling the shoulders, rib cage and hip which allows the rider to keep the horse elevated and round.
